Abstract Silicosis lung is a fertile land for tuberculosis. A case report is presented here with a 32 years old man, stone crusher with shortness of breath. He had anorexia, weight loss & low grade fever. Chest examination revealed end inspiratory fine crepitations mostly in basal region bilaterally unaltered with coughing. CT guided FNAC from right lung revealed granulomatous inflammation, consistent with tuberculosis. He was diagnosed as a case of silicotuberculosis on the basis of clinical features & histopathological findings.
