Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma involving spine is a rare entity. Here-in we reported a non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) of 10-year-old boy who presented with pain and swelling of back for one and half year and cough for one month. At the time of diagnosis, there were left suprahilar mass and intraabdominal lymphadenopathy. CT guided FNAC of left suprahilar mass was done and the histopathological report was suggestive of non-hodgkin lymphoma.
