Abstract
The non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) is characterized by malignant proliferation of lymphoid cells and
majority are B-cells (70%) and few T-cells (30%). It can occur at any age but peak incidence is at 65 to 70
years. The disease is usually widespread at the time of diagnosis. Extranodal presentations are more
common than Hodgkin’s disease. Here we present a case of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in a young male
presenting as pleural effusion.
