Abstract
Gray Zone Lymphoma (GZL) with features intermediate between diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)
and classical Hodgkin lymphoma (CHL) is a relatively new entity per the latest WHO classification. These
lymphomas have been reported using different terms, such as borderline lymphomas, B cell lymphomas
unclassifiable, atypical Burkitt lymphoma, Burkitt-like lymphomas or gray zone lymphomas. Limited clinical
data exists on this rare lymphoma and the ideal management remains uncertain. Here we mention a case
with classical features of gray zone lymphoma (GZL).
Key words: Gray Zone Lymphoma (GZL), B Cell Lymphomas Unclassifiable, Atypical Burkitt Lymphoma,
Borderline Lymphomas, Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)
