Bone Marrow Findings in Patient Presenting with Pancytopenia
Abstract Background: Pancytopenia is the feature of many life threatening conditions. It is a common haematological entity that we come across in routine practice. The severity of pancytopenia and the underlying pathology determine the management and prognosis. Objective of the study was to determine the cause of pancytopenia with its frequency, common clinical presentation and etiology on the basis of bone marrow examination.
