Abstract
Kartagener’s syndrome (KS) is a genetic disorder comprising triad of sinusitis, situs inversus and
bronchiectasis. Approximately half patient of primary ciliary dyskinesia has situs inversus thus are
having Kartagener’s syndrome. Here we discuss a case of 40 years old man with bronchiectasis and
dextrocardia who is later diagnosed as a case of Kartagener’s syndrome.High index of suspicion to
make an early diagnosis in such patients is needed.
